What you need before starting
Install the track or rod first and have a rigid tape measure ready. The calculator asks about the hardware because the correct vertical reference changes between runner eyelets, rings and rods.
Measure the full working width of the installed hardware. For height, follow the illustration shown for your installation and measure to the floor without adding or subtracting an allowance.
Choose the floor finish in the calculator
Instead of altering the measurement yourself, select the look you want—above floor, touching, break or puddle. The calculation engine applies the corresponding finished-length adjustment and keeps it with your result.
